Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us for any damage/issue at sales@myballid.com.au or via text with your order number on 0401 59 69 27.

All Inflated Products

All inflated products are guaranteed for one year. My ball iD warrants to the original consumer only, that products will be free from defects in materials & workmanship during normal use from one year from the original retail purchase date, provided (1) the product has been used & cared for in accordance with instructions accompanying the product and (2) the product has not been abused, altered or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or any other user of the product. My ball iD is not the manufacturer of Spalding, Wilson, or Molten basketballs. If a defect develops during the warranty period, my ball iD will primarily replace the defective product with the same or equivalent branded product upon prompt return, or provide a store credit tied to the relevant product partner. Each of our supplier partners warranties apply to their own branded products only, and will be replaced if defective with product by our partner brand i.e Spalding, Wilson, or Molten. If my ball iD no longer sells the same or equivalent product, my ball iD will credit the customer an amount equal to the last purchase price, to be used in the my ball iD store.

Limitations on Warranties

Any replacement product will be warranted from the original retail purchase date of the product returned, not from the replacement date.

My ball iD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of inflated products sold by us via our website or other means.

No person, agent, distributor, dealer or company is authorised to change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items due to the customisation of our products.
